Church services during COVID

Though there are many restrictions in place and guidelines we must follow, we are holding Sunday services as follows:

At 9.15am every Sunday we have our more formal service, filled with rich hymns sung by our choir and accompanied by our resident organist, Chris Howarth.  We use Common Worship in modern language. Currently masks are required to be worn by all members of the congregation inside the building, and attendees must sit socially-distanced, either individually or in their social bubbles. Unfortunately, only the choir and soloists are allowed to sing during services.

Our 11am service is less formal and includes contemporary worship, usually with a band, with contributions from various members of the church. Our aim is to have children's provision (from primary age and older) though it's not always possible, so please check our Facebook page for updates on specific services, as we're needing to be flexible, often from week to week! As with the 9.15am service, following current guidelines, only those leading worship can sing, and attendees must wear face masks and  sit socially-distanced, either individually or in their social bubbles.

All our services are streamed live on Facebook, and, when it's possible, on Youtube also. Please do understand we can't always have perfect quality for our broadcasts, though we'll always aim to do the best we can. The most important thing is that we will continue to find ways, in an ever-changing landscape, to worship God together!

We recommend you check our Facebook page for all the latest updates.
