"...we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done.  He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach their children, so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children.  Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands."
Psalm 78:4-7

At St Martin's Church, we recognise the importance of the next generation discovering who God is, and their identity in Him.  It's why we have children's groups on Sunday mornings, several youth groups throughout the week, run a Christian Union in the local comprehensive School and go into primary schools with Open the Book.

We are always looking for more people to join our teams - especially with children's work on Sunday mornings during the 11am service as numbers grow.
If you share this passion for the next generation, regularly attend St Martin's and are willing to have an enhanced DBS check (provided by the church), please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss the next steps!
