Coronation Events

There are lots of great events happening to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III.

At St Martin’s, we will be commemorating this historic occassion with three events; we will be starting our celebrations with a special Prayer Service for the Coronation on Friday 5th May at 7pm in the Church. This will be a time to pray for God’s annointing of the new King, and prayers for a long and prosperous rein.

On Sunday 7th May, our church family will be gathering in Maudlin Field from 1pm for a special picnic celebration. Please bring your picnics and blankets along and enjoy being together (and hopefully some sunshine!).

Our celebrations cumulate with our Cornonation Celebration Service on Sunday 7th May at 6pm in the church.

We are so excited to celebrate and make memories with you all…we hope that this will be a time that we will all remember for many years to come.
